Background:
Adekayode, Francis Omotayo is a Professor of Soil Fertility in the Department of Crop, Soil and Pest Management, School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology, Federal University of Technology, Akure.
He holds a PhD from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (1998). He was Associate Director in the Remote Sensing and GIS Unit in the Centre for Space Research and Applications (2009 – 2011) and Head of Department, Crop, Soil and Pest Management, Federal University of Technology, Akure (2017 to date).
